SINUTECH will be at Matelec Industry, with its Dos P Optimised dispensing system for application of thermal conductive resins

SINUTECH, a company that will have been specialising in fluid dispensing systems for 25 years in November, will be at the upcoming edition of MATELEC Industry 2016 to display a wide range of industrial solutions for automated fluid dispensing operations.


One of the newest products is the Dos P dispensing system by Scheugenpflug, designed and optimised for applying thermal conductive, highly viscous and abrasive materials, combining speed and precision.

Electronic devices used in sectors such as the car, communication and electric mobility industries are getting smaller and smaller. This means that excess heat is generated, while the small surface is inadequate to dissipate it. How do you ensure the reliability and operability of these devices throughout their useful lives? One of the main ways of effectively dissipating the heat generated is by using thermal conductive materials as gap fillers or adhesives. However, because of their high viscosity and content in abrasive loads, measuring and dispensing these materials poses a great challenge, particularly in the context of industrial manufacturing processes in which short cycle times are very common. 

To resolve this problem, we have the two piston Dos P volumetric dosing system by Scheugenpflug, optimised with new features that combine speed and accuracy to apply conductive thermal resins up to three times more quickly. 

Thanks to changes made to the design, the system can apply this type of materials quickly and with great accuracy. This has been shown in extensive series of tests using a dual component silicon gap filler. Depending on the application, the optimised Dos P system achieves an accuracy of ± 0.03 g and ± 0.015 g. As a result, users benefit from cycle times significantly faster, a process with a high degree of precision and reliability.

The optimised Dos P is also ideal for dispensing materials that are sensitive to pressure, moisture or shear stress, without any risk that their properties be adversely affected.
